We upgraded to the suite which was large, comfortable and had a large balcony which overlooked the park and Beale St it was an ideal location. Bars and restaurants very local. Secure parking which enabled us to come and go to visit the many places of interest, which were all close by. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with friendly staff in full attendance. We wish we had made the time to make use of the indoor pool as it looked inviting.

I got there and booking.com was supposed to change my reservation from Sunday to Saturday, I had confirmation on my booking.com app but the hotel was not aware of the change. After waiting on the phone for 45 min I finally got ahold of someone, booking.com was not helpful however, the lady at the counter at the hotel was. The location was great right off Beale Street, it was noisy but that is to be expected, it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

We like the selection of extras with the breakfast and we liked the attendants who were there to assist, clean, and keep the food stocked up. Also, they were very cheerful and polite. They were a bonus to breakfast

This location was all around good just the pool was too cold to be a indoor pool room was super clean and everything was great view was good stores was close by food everything u needed was right there and that's what I love ..the front desk people was great they told us we can find things to do and eat they where good just the one lady who works in the kitchen

Location is the best....Beale Street is just around the corner. Feels very safe to walk around, and parking for the hotel is immediately adjacent....breakfast was very good and well stocked...room was good sized and bed very comfortable....they had ear plugs on the bed stand, which thought might be a concern, but we never had any issues with noise even on a Friday night

All the staff we interacted with (desk, cleaning crew, breakfast crew) were so friendly and helpful. We loved the location of this hotel. Loved that the breakfast options (the egg ones) were changed daily.
